 The
Law Society Excellence Awards recognise and reward the most
outstanding practitioners in the legal professions. The awards
for 2008 recognise individuals and teams across the entire legal
sector.
The awards were open to everyone in the
legal sector. Harkin Lloyd were the only firm nominated in
Merseyside.
Harkin Lloyd have been nominated in the
category for excellence in client service.
This award will highlight excellence in
client care and innovative approaches to maintaining and
developing client-focused services. The judges are looking for
practices that demonstrate a leading edge commitment to client
care and examples of real efforts in going the extra mile for a
diverse range of clients.
Managing Partner Jean Harkin said, "Harkin
Lloyd’s belief is that the client always comes first. We have
proved that clients appreciate this ethos. We have watched the
practice flourish and it is a great achievement to the firm and
we are delighted that the Law Society has short listed us for
such a prestigious award."
The gala awards dinner will be held at Old
Billingsgate in London on 23 October 2008.
