About Harkin Lloyd
Commitment to Clients
Harkin Lloyd are a city centre firm with a high street approach
to client care. This means that each and every client is
treated as an individual. All lawyers are accessible by
email and we are committed to returning calls to clients as soon
as we practicably can.
We offer home visits to clients, this is not only limited to our
team of lawyers but for example in our disease cases our
barristers and medical experts and care experts will also see
clients at home if necessary.
We offer a comprehensive package of legal services to clients,
this means that each lawyer can advise a client on a wide area
of law without having to be sent outside the practice.
Commitment to Local Projects
Harkin Lloyd offers support to local charities. In 2008
the firm gave a percentage of profits to our nominated
charities: Shelter, Merseyside Asbestos Victim Support and
Headway.
Our commitment to local organisations is ongoing and we have
helped raise funds for a women’s refuge in Liverpool, the Roy
Castle Lung Foundation, McMillan nurses, St John’s Hospice and
others.
Both partners also donate their time and expertise to
organisations such as Rotary, Ethics Committee both at Alder Hey
and Liverpool University.
Commitment to Training
The legal profession must keep evolving and at Harkin Lloyd
we invest heavily in training our future lawyers.
There is no better experience than practical experience and at
Harkin Lloyd we commit to this. We offer work experience
to school children from a variety of schools across Merseyside.
We also liaise with our local further education providers such
as Liverpool Community College at John Moores University to
offer experience to under graduates considering a career in law.
If you would like to be considered for some work experience at
